No, Angelic_calmness, you should cancel the active plan by using the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/4k32sTd. Blocking the purchase will affect your credit score and could cause problems if you wish to make future online purchases from the same payment provider.
Most providers ask that you complete any available cancellation process before utilizing the method of blocking payment to a subscription service or other commitment where services have been provided. ^JW

Teachers must renew their credentials every three years, which is different from the yearly requirement for students.
